  • Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album

By popular demand I'm printing up some CDs. These should ship in late February 2024.

Please be aware that due to post-Brexit 'red tape' I cannot currently ship The Rebutles CDs to Europe. I am sorry not to be able to help my European fans. As it is not possible to exclude sales territories on Bandcamp, I have instead set an absurd postage cost.
Any European CD sales will be refunded.

Includes unlimited streaming of Nick Frater presents The Rebutles 1967-1970 via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.
    ships out within 14 days

lyrics

When you’re done with playing up on the roof
I know it’s hard, to come back down, and have your tea

When your band is getting long in the tooth
You’re not the first, to hang your spurs, and have your tea

When you cannot drink the fountain of youth
Your throat is parched, It breaks your heart, still you long to hear that your dinners near

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, Come get your tea

When the day is done and you’ve had your fun
It’s always best, to save the rest till after tea

When the band you're in is packing it in
Your throat is dry, you wonder why, till the kettles scream and the mothers cry

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, Come get your tea

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
you wonder why, till the kettles scream and the mothers cry -

Solo

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, see them running home over garden walls

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, see them bouncing home with their boots and balls

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, and the baby wakes and she climbs the walls

Come get your tea
Come get your tea
When mother calls, and then father comes in his overalls
